The Good Return

We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right. Email us at hello@theevergood.com and choose one of our 4 return and exchange options:


  1. Exchange. Choose an exchange and receive our concierge return service for free ($15 value), plus 10% bonus store credit valid for 90 days. If your credit goes unused, we will automatically refund your original purchase price minus the $15 concierge fee.

  2. Self-Service. Prefer to handle your own return? Ship it back to us using your carrier of choice and we'll process your refund once it's received. No fees.

  3. Concierge. Want us to handle everything? For $15 we'll send a prepaid label and schedule a pickup at your door. Refund processed (minus the $15 fee) once received.

  4. Oops. Did something arrive damaged, broken, or not quite right? Did you receive the wrong item? Contact us within 72 hours with a few photos and we will make it right.

 

A few good things to know.

  • Return window. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Oops issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Item condition. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items. Opened bath, body, and food products cannot be returned.

  • Original shipping costs. Non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Unauthorized returns. Returns initiated without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

  • Custom and personalized orders. Final sale.

  • Sale items. Final sale unless arrived damaged.

 

Because every product comes from a small-batch maker or artisan we partner with personally, we handle each return individually and directly with them. This is intentional. It is how we protect the integrity of every maker relationship and make sure every situation is handled with care. We appreciate your patience as we do that thoughtfully and thank you for supporting the makers behind these products.
