Optimal Usage Guide
Heat Therapy: Warm the pack in the microwave for 30-second intervals until you achieve the desired temperature. Do not exceed 30 seconds for eye masks or 90 seconds for neck wraps to ensure safety. Always check the temperature prior to skin application.
