Born from a simple frustration with finding beautiful, eco-friendly bags, this maker's journey began in 2008 with a clear vision. Growing up in a household where nothing was wasted, she learned early that true design honors both form and function.
Drawing inspiration from mid-century Danish design and the practical needs of daily life, the maker approaches each piece with thoughtful consideration. How can we generate less waste? What materials leave the smallest footprint? How do we balance beauty with accessibility?
Having witnessed firsthand the waste generated by fast fashion cycles, she chose a different path. Working with another woman-owned business, she creates each bag using GOTS-certified organic cotton, eco-friendly dyes, and PVC-free materials. Every design decision reflects a commitment to creating new processes rather than repeating old practices.
