Its global production is verified fair trade by the Fair Trade Federation, and Jubilee says every artisan is paid fairly, treated with respect and given room to grow in skill and confidence. Jubilee believes that steady, dignified work changes lives, and it measures success in lives strengthened and families supported as well as in products sold.
In its local community, Jubilee employs women with barriers to employment, who prepare its candles, tea towels and metal art, and in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, it runs a store where its leather goods sit alongside plants, gifts and home goods.
