ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
You've heard about them but have NO IDEA what they do, right?! GUA SHA is a practice that goes back 700 years to the Ming Dynasty in China (but potentially dates as far back as prehistoric times!) This massage technique is for your face and body to increase circulation, relax your muscles and also promotes lymphatic drainage and reduces wrinkles with long term use.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Start with our to spritz a facial mist all over your face Then apply your favorite moisturizer. You want your skin to be moist, plump and dewy.
Hold the Gua Sha tool in your hand and place it flat on your skin, not on the edge. Then with your other hand, hold your skin back and then with the tool "scrape" up and out with gentle to medium pressure. Be sure NOT to bruise your skin! Do not put too much pressure as you can easily bruise. Once you get to the hair line, keep it there for a few seconds to ease tension.
Repeat on other side of face. Use this also on your neck, arms, chest, legs and back (with someone helping of course!)
Beautiful Rose Quartz tools are a great stone for this tool as it will give you feelings of self-love and inner peace.
